Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Product

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. You may also take a look at our refund policy here.

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

Orders

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped. However, if it has not yet shipped, it is subject to a 3% processing fee and a 12% processing fee if purchased via Shopify Installments. These fees are determined by the credit card processor.

If your order arrived damaged, please do not accept it at the time of delivery. Should you discover any missing or damaged items within the shipment, promptly take photographs of the pallets and boxes and report the issue to us or the manufacturer directly. In the event that damage is found after opening the boxes, immediately take photos of the concealed damage within its original packaging and notify us right away.

We understand if you want to return your order. Please visit our refund policy here. Generally, if your order is unopened and in its original condition, an approved refund is subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25% in addition to a processing fee of 3% or 12%. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We may provide you with an estimate. Custom orders or discounted items such as "Flash Sales" and other promos are inedible for a return.
