Shipping & Handling

We generally offer free shipping on all products. Some products, such as accessories or add-ons, require a minimum order quantity. This minimum order quantity will be displayed on the product page. If you are in doubt, please reach out!

We offer fast and reliable shipping on all orders. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days and may arrive by USPS or FedEx. Health and beauty products such as supplements typically ship out within 1 business day, while larger gym equipment typically ships out within 3 business days. Larger equipment will typically ship by LTL Truck and will require a delivery appointment.

It depends on where you are. Orders shipped to the East Coast typically arrive within 1-2 business days. Orders shipped to the West Coast may arrive in approximately 1 week. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Smaller items will ship via major carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Larger orders will ship by local truck with delivery appointment.

Ordering & Payments

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal and bank transfers. For larger orders, such as entire gym setups, we provide financing options through select specialized companies in the fitness industry.

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or make changes to your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can't guarantee that we can make changes once an order has been processed. Once an order ships out, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Product

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We accept returns on new and unopened products. Gym equipment returns follow a different procedure. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process or take a look at our return policy here.

If your product qualifies for a return, contact our customer support team to initiate a return or refund. We'll provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
