Shipping policy
TracFitness offers free curbside shipping to fully accessible residential addresses unless otherwise noted for products labeled Free Shipping in the description and when purchased at website pricing. If you purchase in store, a store associate will work with you to schedule shipping during the checkout process. Shipping time varies based on product availability.
Most current in-stock products will typically ship within 3-5 business days. If the product is not in stock, you’ll be promptly informed about the expected time of fulfillment. The free standard curbside shipping option is available in the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii, and foreign countries) for most products. Products with free shipping will be indicated as such at checkout. However, this option excludes products sold as upgrades or add-ons. Products sold as add-ons or upgrades cannot be purchased separately and must be purchased with their main counterpart, regardless of the Free Shipping indication. International customers may inquire about shipping quotes.
All supplements sold on TracFitness include free shipping by default unless otherwise noted.
Exclusions to free shipping may include any out-of-box floor model or used equipment. Other exclusions may apply.
Products that do not include free online shipping labeled on the product description page require customers to submit a shipping quote request. Products that do not include free shipping will already have a preset form for customers to fill out. Preset forms will request customer information so that we may provide the most accurate quote. These shipping quotes are referred as Custom Shipping Quotes. Custom Shipping Quotes pertain exclusively to the customer requesting the quote and is based exclusively on the shipping information the customer provides and on the product being requested. Shipping quote are valid for 30 days or less at our sole discretion. Shipping quote may be invalidated if the product is no longer available or if the customer's address cannot be verified.
Products that do not include free shipping may not be combined with a product that does include free shipping.
TracFitness may also offer in-home delivery and installation for an additional cost. If such service is available, a fitness technician will fully set up your machine in the room of your choice. This service may be provided by TracFitness personnel or by a third-party provider. Additional cost varies by product, location and availability.

Curbside Shipping
Curbside Shipping applies to products that ship via LTL Freight Truck. Products that weigh over 100 lbs may be shipped via Freight Shipping. Products that ship via Freight Truck will be delivered at the curbside. All orders that include Free Curbside Shipping will also include Lift-Gate Service. Customers are not allowed to remove or unload any product that ship via LTL. Any product that is unloaded from a truck by the customer will no longer be eligible for returns, damage claims, or warranty claims.
Ground Shipping
Orders that do not ship via LTL Shipping will ship via standard ground shipping.
Time Frame
Orders typically ship out between 3-5 business days after an order is accepted. An order is accepted once the stock has been confirmed in our system. Orders may ship earlier at our sole discretion. Orders may also ship out after 5 business days. Any order that is expected to ship out later than 5 business days will be confirmed with the customer. Once an order ships out, delivery may occur within 1 to 7 business days.
Expect 5-7 business days for an order to arrive from the moment an order is placed. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will enter our system the next business day.
