The Troy GO-R Rubber Olympic Weight Plates are one of the best rubber coated plates on the market. Made with the same design as the Troy GO-U Urethane Weight Plates, the Troy GO-R Rubber Weight Plates also feature an interlocking design with three grips. The thick virgin rubber coating on the Troy GO-R makes these plates quieter and look better.

The odorless, virgin rubber surface protects floor and equipment while the interlocking feature allows one to lift, lock and load more plates onto bars and machines. Troy GO-R plates are accurate within 2% plus or minus of actual weight.
